TL;DR

• We do not collect, transmit, or sell any personal data.

• The app works fully offline. Your lists never leave your device.

• There are no accounts, no ads, and no analytics or tracking SDKs.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

None. Grocery Planner does not collect or receive any personal information.

There is no sign-up or login. We have no servers that store your data.

2. WHERE YOUR DATA IS STORED

All shopping lists, items, categories, favorites, and preferences are stored

locally on your device using its private application storage (SharedPreferences).

This data is never uploaded to any server or third party.

3. HOW INFORMATION IS USED

The data you create is used solely to provide the app's features on your device

(showing your lists, tracking progress, etc.). It is never used for advertising

or profiling.

4. PERMISSIONS

The app requests no sensitive permissions. When you share a list, your device's

standard share sheet is used and you choose the destination.

5. DATA SHARING & DISCLOSURE

We do not share your data with anyone because we never receive it. Content you

explicitly choose to share (for example, a list exported as text) is sent only

to the app or recipient you select. No third-party SDKs, ad networks, analytics,

or crash-reporting tools are included.

6. DATA STORAGE & SECURITY

Because data stays on your device, its security is governed by your device's own

protections (lock screen, encryption). No data is transmitted over the network.

7. DATA RETENTION & DELETION

You are in full control of your data. Delete individual lists and items at any

time, or use Settings > Clear all data to erase everything. Uninstalling the app

permanently removes all stored data.

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The app does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13

(or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). It is safe for general

audiences.

9. YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR / CCPA)

Since we do not collect or process your personal data, there is no personal data

for us to access, correct, export, or delete on our side. You retain complete

control of all data on your device.

10. INTERNATIONAL USERS

The app performs no data transfers because it makes no network requests with

your data.

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the app. Material updates will be

reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
